As a tenant of Penrose Suites, you will enjoy transparent and all-inclusive pricing for your office space and our amenities. We want to provide an ideal space for professionals to do their best work and not have to worry about fluctuating pricing or surprise fees.

Our suites range from 95 square feet to 300 square feet. Regardless of your office space, all of the amenities listed below are included in your rent.
